Types of Data Collected

This website is provided by Teamdoor, which offers recruitment management and analytics software. We provide this page to let you know how we handle your personal information collected on the Site. There are mainly 2 types of data collected through Teamdoor. The first kind is (A) "Passive informations", includes the data collected through users’ behavior. These data are usually not personally identifiable. The second kind is "Active Information", this includes the data customers submitted to use/register for Teamdoor’s services/software or the data people submitted through the software for job application/recruitment management purpose.

  1. Subsets of Passive Informations includes but not limited to:

    1. Access and Activity Logs ("Server Logs")

      With every access to this page, general log data, so-called server logs, are automatically recorded. These data are usually pseudonyms and therefore do not allow conclusions about a natural person.

      Without this data, it would not be technically possible in part to deliver and display the content of the website. In addition, the processing of this data is imperative for security reasons, especially for access, input, transfer and storage control.     2. Customer’s company information, including employer data (ex. name, contact and other biographical information), company name and profile, hiring and other business activities that customers/ users actively submitted through the system.

Use of third-party tools

In order to provide and continuously improve our services, we rely on the services of the following third party providers through which personal data can also be processed.

  1. Google

    Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, the operator of all Google services mentioned herein is the Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

  2. Facebook

    Teamdoor’s website and service is possible to register via the Facebook account.

    Facebook Connect is an offer from Facebook, Inc. Use of Facebook Connect is subject to the Facebook Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. When using Facebook Connect, Facebook profile data and on Facebook public data from your Facebook profile are transmitted to us. Conversely, data can be transferred from us to your Facebook profile. Your transmitted data will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of registration on our site.

  3. Zendesk

    On this website, we use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service of Zendesk Inc., 989 Market Street # 300, San Francisco, CA 94102, USA. The legal basis for the use of this service is Art. 6 I f DS-GVO - legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest in the use of this service is to be able to answer user requests quickly and efficiently. Zendesk uses your data only to forward your requests to us. There is no disclosure to third parties. In order to use Zendesk, you must provide at least one correct e-mail address. The service can also be used pseudonymised. During the processing of service requests it may be necessary to collect further data (eg first name, last name, address, etc.). The use of Zendesk is optional. If you do not agree that Zendesk collects your information, we will provide you with alternative ways to submit service requests by telephone or email.

  4. Newsletter

Teamdoor reserves the right to modify Privacy Policy at any time by announcing through website, or by sending user/customers a notice via e-mail. Your use of Teamdoor website and/or the software following such notification constitutes as your acceptance of the the most recent version of Terms of Service and Policy Privacy. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to every data and information collected through Teamdoor’s software.

Business Transactions

As our business evolves, it is possible that Teamdoor will be merged or acquired by other companies, in this case, both passive and active informations described above can possibly become transferred assets in business transactions. We ensure you that all data collected will remain confidential and protected throughout the transaction. And rights of customers will continue to be honored.
